Fluffy blue jumpers! I was a little uninspired when I was thinking up things for the blue set then suddenly saw the 6 pack of nail fluff from Poundland which was as yet, not used. Thinking back to Christmas there was something I really wanted to try after using the pink fluff for Santa hats, but the stamping plate I wanted to use hadn't arrived in time (came mid Jan!), so.. why not use the idea now? I wasn't sure if stamping over this fluff would work very well but there's no harm in giving it a try and here is the result. There were five fluffy blue jumpers but unfortunately while cleaning up with the acetone I just touched the tiniest bit of fluff and it soaks the stuff right up and absorbs the stamp pattern to nothingness, so lesson learned: Fluff + Stamp + Acetone = FAIL! If I try this again I'll just make sure to paint much more carefully. Even though the fluff was very cheap, it was still just as easy to work with as the slightly more expensive MUA variety. Not a perfect attempt but it was fun to try!
